JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience along the sales process.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in customer service.
• General car knowledge will be desirable.
• Confident and capable to speak with customers and build rapport.
• Previous sales experience will be desirable.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to multi task.
  Part time - working days Thursday, Friday and alternating Saturdays
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: £16,000.00-£18,500.00 per year
  Expected hours: 24 per week

Experience:

• Customer service: 5 years (preferred)

• Provide outstanding customer service to customers when dealing with their enquiries and questions.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers.
• Assist our sales team stepping in when required to help with vehicle handovers, vehicle test drives and general customer questions.
• Complete some vehicle photography and upload to our advertising platforms.
• Data input into our CRM system.
