YOUR MISSION (SHOULD YOU ACCEPT IT)

Picture this: You’re in the heart of Takomo Golf, in Turku, where we craft magic in the form of golf clubs. As our new Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the face (and voice) that helps golfers navigate the sometimes rocky road of online shopping. Think of yourself as a golf concierge, but instead of tee times, you’re answering emails, solving problems, and making sure customers feel like VIPs.
We’re looking for a full-time teammate to join our CX crew. Most of us are based in Turku, and that’s where we’d love you to be too. We work in a hybrid way, but since the gang’s mostly at the office, we encourage you to spend your days here with us.

HERE’S WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Be the voice of Takomo: Answering email inquiries, guiding our customers and solving problems
  • Know your stuff: Help customers choose the right gear. You’ll guide them through our world-class product lineup, from clubs to accessories. If they need help, you’ll be the first to offer the perfect solution
  • Keep it cool: Have a problem-solving mentality. Sometimes customers need a hand—and other times, they need someone to make them feel heard and understood. You’re there for both.
  • Be proactive: Gather feedback, share insights, and make sure we’re always improving. We’re not just making golf clubs; we’re making the entire experience better.
