As a Customer Service Representative at UpNetWI, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to provide top-notch customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers via phone, email, social media, and text, managing service requests and inquiries, and providing basic technical support. With your proactive mindset and multitasking abilities, you’ll ensure that every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

Here’s a sneak peek into a day in the life of our Customer Service Representatives:

  • Engaging with customers across various channels to address their needs
  • Managing new customer requests and assisting with billing, service, and general inquiries
  • Offering technical support and troubleshooting assistance with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating installations and repair appointments with technicians
  • Making recommendations on service packages tailored to each customer’s unique requirements

What We’re Looking For:
✅ High School Diploma; Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
✅ 1-3 years of customer service experience
✅ Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
✅ Professional and friendly attitude with a knack for building rapport with customers
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working on computers
✅ Availability to work Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
