We’re looking for Retail Customer Experience Specialists to join their growing retail team at Moore Park Supacenter, Kensington NSW, where you’ll help customers experience in-person. The Role: Represent a fun retail brand with energy, authenticity, and pride Deliver outstanding face-to-face customer experiences that connect people to the brand story Drive sales across our full product range — including items not on display Manage daily operations, including opening/closing, stock control, and follow-ups Keep the showroom immaculate and visually aligned with brand standards Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences Take on manual tasks like product demonstrations and light assembly Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff The Details: Location: Moore Park Supacentre, Cnr South Dowling St, Todman & Dacey Ave, Kensington NSW 2033 Ideal Start Date: Thursday, 23 October 2025 Ideal End Date: Thursday, 23 April 2026 (potential for perm thereafter) Shift Hours: 8 AM – 8 PM (rotating roster, 7 days per week). Operating across: 9-5.30pm Mon, Tues, Weds, Fri 9-7pm Thurs 9-5pm Sat 10-5pm Sunday Work Type: Full-time hours each week 2-week training program: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM You’ll gain hands-on experience and all the tools to become a confident Customer Experience Specialist Who We’re Looking For: A positive, energetic people-person who loves delivering amazing service Experience in retail or customer-facing roles (fashion or online retail experience a plus!)
