Description
As a Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will enhance customer satisfaction by developing strategies, analyzing feedback, and driving improvements. Your insights will ensure exceptional service and support. You will report directly to our Customer Experience Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Bucharest location on a Hybrid work schedule (2 days from home + 3 days from the office). We work in two shifts (9 am - 5 pm and 10:30 am - 7 pm).
