CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST WITH GERMAN

We’re seeking a fluent English and German speaker with a passion for helping others to join our friendly, customer-focused team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have smooth, memorable trips — from booking through to walking the trails.
This role is home-based (your primary residence only), Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

• Responding to customer emails and calls in a friendly, efficient way
• Booking accommodation and transfers
• Updating customer documentation with care and accuracy
• Using our in-house software to manage bookings
• Collaborating with your team to solve issues quickly
• Working smartly and resourcefully to meet and exceed metrics and deadlines
• Participating in our on-call rotation during the walking season
• Attending occasional training or meetings in Galway
