What You’ll Do As the Customer Experience Representative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers and our teams: Deliver the Unmatched Customer Experience through friendly, professional and solution-focused interactions Serve as a primary contact for customers via phone and email Use active listening and thoughtful questions to understand customer needs Take ownership of customer inquiries, concerns and complaints, ensuring timely resolution or escalation Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions within customer accounts Process payments and assist with account-related administrative tasks Make outbound calls to confirm scheduling, check customer satisfaction and collect past-due balances when needed Support the sales team by preparing standard proposals and assisting with service recommendations Collaborate daily with Lawn Care Specialists, Sales Specialists and other team members to ensure seamless service Requirements What You Need Prior experience in fast-paced customer service High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities Basic computer skills with the ability to multi-task and stay organized across phone calls, software systems, and dual monitors in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain a positive demeanor at all times Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Work on-site in Centerville, OH Adaptable to occasional extended hours as business needs require Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and multi-line telephone system
