About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role will lead the day-to-day operations of our retail teams, drive performance and elevate customer experience across multiple sites. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coach teams, improve processes, and ensure consistent service standards are met across the organization. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Under the direction of the Director of Customer Experience, supervise, train and motivate customer experience retail teams to maintain high standards of customer service Oversee daily operations and customer service performance across multiple locations Develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and maintain high-quality service Monitor team performance through KPIs and report progress to senior leadership Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in the store Actively listen to customers' inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing accurate and helpful information about products, promotions, and policies Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment by arranging merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are attractive and well-maintained Address and resolve customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating to your Manager when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction Retail Store Support Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies to management Support team activities such as preparing and registering customers for events, coordinating pickups and deliveries, and supporting partnerships Other duties as requested Requirements Proven experience in retail or customer service management or call center leadership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy Experience with CRM or partner management platforms preferred Bilingual or multilingual communication skills highly preferred Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment Must be flexible, self-motivated, and adaptable Comfortable working in a general warehouse setting Ability to de-escalate difficult situations with empathy Ability to travel regularly between organization locations High standards for accountability, customer satisfaction, and team development What We Value Genuine interest in people, technology, and digital equity Compassionate, curious, and community-minded Graceful under pressure and adaptable in dynamic situations Collaborative teammate who brings energy and empathy to every interaction Self-motivated and solutions-oriented thinker Benefits Include: Medical - Choice of Plans Dental - Choice of Plans Vision 401k with Match Voluntary Disability Insurance Voluntary Life Insurance Flexible PTO + Sick Leave EEO Statement We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
