CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SUPERVISOR

Salary: Competitive, plus Veolia benefits and pension
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 830-1700
Location:Cannock, WS11 8JP (Head Office)

Responsibilities
  • You will coach, train and motivate a team of customer service representatives as they answer questions, handle complaints, and provide support for Veolia customers.
  • The Customer Experience Supervisor will assist in hiring and training employees, monitoring, supporting and guiding the representatives progress, and coaching them to cultivate knowledge and skills to provide an excellent customer service experience to Veolia customers.
