Our Opportunity: We now have a vacancy for a self-starting, experienced appliance service tech for our Auckland region (Central, East and South), providing technical expertise to our valued customers. Our Customer Service Technicians perform service calls and repairs of our products in our customer homes providing "Best in Class" customer service. Your Key Responsibilities: Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions. Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection. Maintain and manage spare parts inventory. What you will need: Essential appliance repair and troubleshooting experience. Essential relevant Qualifications in Electrical and Appliance Repair. Essential registered Electrical Licence (GAS licence- advantageous). Relevant Qualifications in Electrical and Appliance Repair (Cookware experience desirable). Strong communication skills and strong PC skills. Ability to provide premium customer service. Clean criminal history and driver’s license.
