Our Opportunity: We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Customer Experience Technician to join our Auckland team. In this role, you’ll deliver technical expertise and outstanding service directly in our customers’ homes - helping us provide truly “Best in Class” customer experiences. Your Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and fully test products to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong product knowledge through training sessions, manuals, and digital learning tools. Complete all service-related documentation, including job records and cash collection requirements. Manage and maintain your spare parts inventory. What you will need: Proven experience in appliance repair and troubleshooting. Relevant Qualifications in Electrical and Appliance Repair. A current registered Electrical Licence (GAS licence- advantageous). Strong communication and computer skills. A customer-focused approach with the ability to deliver premium service.
