Work Setup: Onsite (MOA Pasay) Function: Training Required Educational Attainment: Finished at least 2 years in college without any back subjects Required Experience: At least 2 years of GDS Trainer experience (Sabre AND Amadeus) Responsibilities: Monitor calls of agents to identify behaviors, coaching and learning needs on soft skills pertinent to call handling and customer experience. Conduct one-on-one coaching with agents to develop or enhance ideal customer experience behaviors. Conduct learning sessions on customer experience for both agents and support Protects the confidentiality of client and adheres to company policies regarding confidentiality. Create a positive work environment by acknowledging agent and team contributions, soliciting input, and offering personal assistance, when needed.
Responsibilities
The role involves monitoring agent calls to identify coaching needs related to soft skills and customer experience, and conducting one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance ideal customer experience behaviors. Additionally, the trainer will conduct learning sessions for agents and support staff while maintaining confidentiality and fostering a positive work environment.
