Position: Customer Expert Work model: Onside Location: Athens Employment type: Full-time What you will do Communicate through phone. email and chat Handling customer complaints in an efficient manner, clarifying their needs and determining the cause of the problem Investigate customer issues, conduct research using internal resources, and effectively resolve concerns. Maintain accurate customer records and data in our CRM system. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
