Position: Customer Expert (Courier & Logistics Services) Work model: Hybride Location: Athens Employment type: Full-time As a Customer Expert, you will: Handle inbound calls and digital interactions (email, back-office tasks) with professionalism and empathy. Assist customers with package pickup and delivery requests, shipment tracking, claims processing, billing inquiries, and account setup. Provide technical support for logistics systems and respond to general service questions. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues following documented procedures. Maintain high levels of ownership, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in every interaction. Receive ongoing training to stay up-to-date with procedures, tools, and service standards. Requirements: Excellent Spanish language skills (spoken and written). Very good English language skills. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with digital tools and multitasking across systems. Previous experience in customer service or logistics support is a plus.
