In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and Sales & Marketing teams. Your responsibilities will include providing timely and effective administrative support, managing customer requests, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer experience. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and Sales & Marketing teams, aiming for first call resolution.
  • Manage customer requests and queries in collaboration with sales representatives.
  • Provide timely and effective administrative support, ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Proactively manage exception-based tasks to enhance the customer experience.
  • Interact with service specialists for deeper knowledge and further investigation when needed.
