About the role The Finance Manager secures and structures financing solutions for equipment purchases and leases. This role works directly with customers, sales teams, and multiple lending partners to deliver competitive financing options while guiding customers through the entire process from application to funding. What you'll do Structure and present financing and leasing options for equipment purchases Work with multiple lenders to secure approvals, negotiate terms, and optimize deal placement Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the financing process Communicate directly with customers to collect financial information and required documentation Interview, qualify and find new ethical financial institutions to partner with to serve our customer better with finance options Clearly explain financing terms, interest rates, lease structures, and total cost Work within CRM to maintain clear visibility for entire organization Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely deal completion and funding Monitor deal status and proactively resolve delays or issues Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with lender and company requirements Monthly reporting - KPI’s Qualifications Education and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, lending, leasing, or equipment sales finance Experience working with multiple lenders and a variety of financing programs Preferred experience in heavy equipment, construction, agriculture, or dealership environments Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong ability to explain financial concepts to customers in a clear and professional manner High level of ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking customers Knowledge of lease structures and commercial lending practices preferred Core Competencies Customer-Focused Communication Deal Structuring & Negotiation Ownership & Accountability Financial Accuracy Cross-Functional Collaboration Benefits offered Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) - Certified Employee-Owned Paid Training Corporate Chaplains Program Health insurance Dental and Vision plan Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Company Paid Telehealth Program - MediOrbis 401K Retirement Plan Paid Holidays & Vacation Others We are a Drug Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer
