What you will be doing: As a member of the Collection Team in Turkey, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Turkey organization and our customers in all matters related to collections, debt management, cash application, and invoice adjustments. Your expertise will ensure the smooth execution of financial processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team. What do you bring with you: Background in Finance / Accounts Receivables (Mandatory) Experience with Excel (Mandatory) Experience in reconciliation (Mandatory) Experience in collection Preferably knowledgeable in SAP and Oracle. Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business environment setting Ability to pay close attention to detail High degree of customer orientation Good negotiation skills Good Problem solving and analytical skills Keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone and propose suggestions for improvement; Experience working with third party auditors / customer portals (Plus) Experience in an international environment or similar (Plus) Bachelor degree from BA, Economics or other relevant departments, Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a multinational, environment; broad knowledge and experience in financial data & document management, follow up and direct relations with customers, Residing in the Anatolia side of Istanbul Military service completed (for male candidates only).
