POSITION OVERVIEW:

You will contribute to Ball’s success by ensuring maximum customer satisfaction through on-time deliveries, order management, and close collaboration with all relevant employees and partners. Additionally, you will coordinate master data procurement and management in Promenta.

Responsibilities
  • Fulfilling customer requirements through on-time deliveries and immediate contact with the customer in the event of a foreseeable delivery delay.
  • Correct management of assigned delivery orders in cooperation with the responsible shipping companies.
  • Timely forwarding of all incoming complaints and claims to the responsible departments.
  • Reports and sales tables of the stock levels of cans from SAP.
  • Delivery of cans and lids from other BALL plants through.continuous monitoring of stock levels.
  • Close continuous collaboration with the planning of the Central Hub.
  • Creation and management of customer recycling orders.
