Key Objective * To achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) set for Policy and Endorsement Issuance  * To achieve Productivity based on UPH * To achieve Availability (Core work) set * Quality check of documentation for policy processing  * Client code creation and data capturing of policy or risk information in system (New business/Endorsement/Renewal/Cancellation) *  Data capturing of policy/risk information in system  * Assist to raise refund to Insured due to over payment including endorsement and cancellation  * To ensure accuracy of risk details  * Attending phone calls/emails from business units and intermediary * Ensure policies/endorsements are issued within the turnaround time * Sorting and dispatching of policies / endorsements, binding and filing of documents  * User Acceptance Test (UAT) * Any other duties as assigned
Responsibilities
The specialist is responsible for achieving Service Level Agreements for policy and endorsement issuance while ensuring high productivity and availability for core work tasks. Key duties include accurately capturing policy and risk data in the system, performing quality checks on documentation, and handling client code creation.
