Responsibilities
  • Drive proactive engagement with P3/P4 and Non-P customers to introduce and upsell Mollie Capital.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, positioning Mollie as a partner in their business growth.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding each customer’s unique needs and introducing relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to align on customer growth strategies and ensure seamless handovers.
  • Utilize CRM insights to create personalized recommendations for customer growth and increased product adoption.
  • Set and achieve ambitious growth targets by expanding the range of Mollie products and services each customer utilizes.
