The role works closely with in-destination Operations teams and key stakeholders to implement guide experience initiatives, while driving engagement, learning, and professional development for guides. Additionally, the position supports the end-to-end journey of Discova’s travelers by addressing customer queries, resolving service quality issues, and collaborating with guide, operations, and product teams to improve overall customer satisfaction and service quality.   About You The Essentials: * Degree in tourism and hospitality is an advantage. * Experience in tour guiding or tour operation is an must. * Fluent in local national language and intermediate to advanced level in spoken and written English   The Attributes: * Customer centric with commitment to high standards of service excellence * Strong collaboration and negotiation skills to achieve desired outcomes. * Ability to build good working relationships across cultures. * Ability to work independently and within a team assisting team member to help everyone achieve results * Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Flexible with working hours to accommodate global time zones and travel. * Willing to travel on business when required. * Proficient with Microsoft applications and travel technology   About Us As a DMC with 95% local staff, we pride ourselves on being a diverse and inclusive workplace where our people can thrive as their most authentic selves.
