Position Title: Customer Happiness Coordinator
Department: QSR Operations Department
Location: Dubai
Reports To: Customer Happiness Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in F&B or retail.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and customer service etiquette.
  • Has ability to adapt to change circumstances, adjust work plans, and manage unexpected challenges.
Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

To assist in managing all QSR Google accounts and customer reviews, resolving minor complaints, and supporting both in-store service teams and Delivery Platforms to ensure a consistent and pleasant customer experience across all QSR outlets.
