Contract: Permanent Hours: 35 hours per week Shifts: A rolling roster covering early, late and night shifts. As a Customer Host, you’ll be part of our Heathrow Rail Station teams, helping passengers by sharing travel information, offering assistance, and creating a smooth, welcoming experience that encourages more people to choose our rail services.
