Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all customer queries (via phone, email, and live chat), delivering clear, professional, and friendly support.
  • Resolving customer enquiries directly or working with technical colleagues to find solutions.
  • Logging all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Spotting common issues and feeding back to help improve FAQs, documentation, and resources.
  • Supporting customer engagement and retention by creating great experiences throughout their journey.
  • Identifying opportunities for service improvements and (with training), introducing customers to additional features or service packages.
