POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re searching for a Customer Implementation Specialist to join our outstanding Activation Services team in this Remote work opportunity. Responsibilities
  • Manage EZLynx implementation projects, including planning, execution, and timely communication with customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality implementations.
  • Identify and manage customer expectations, providing guidance on best practices and workflows to meet business needs while handling sensitive information.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboards, ensuring milestones are met and customers remain on track to achieve mutual goals.
  • Form strong relationships with customers, collaborating with internal teams to ensure the completion of all deliverables and maintaining thorough documentation of project status.
  • Seek continual feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and assist clients with product-related configuration decisions.
