    As our Customer Implementation Specialist, you are responsible for onboarding new accounts, managing existing accounts, and helping customers get value out of the product. The ideal candidate will have a customer service background , with experience in implementing a SaaS product into a business, and a technical background in the building industry.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinating customer onboarding process
  • Demonstrating the software to potential customers
  • Develop system integration/implementation plans for customers
  • Oversee the successful implementation of the software
  • Provide technical and product support to customers
  • Ensuring the retention of existing customers
  • Routine customer engagement, ensuring a great experience for existing customers.
  • Continuously improving customer experience
  • Assist with product development with feedback from customers
  • Assist in creating training materials
  • Preparing and quoting on customer Change Requests
  • Maintaining a CRM system
  • Managing inbound customer service calls
  • Processing email requests and managing the ticketing process

What you will bring:

  • Experience in SaaS
  • Knowledge of the Australian construction industry, including but not limited to, industry terminology, pre-construction and construction processes
  • Background in construction with existing industry networks preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to document and improve the onboarding process
  • The ability to upsell products and services to existing customers
  • Highly motivated & professional attitude
  • Technologically adept
  • Familiarity in working in a CRM software and/or other sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work from home in your own professional office environment
