Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist with a background as a Scrub Nurse, passionate about bridging the gap between clinical practice and technology. In this role, you will ensure the smooth technical implementation of Incision’s surgical solutions in operating rooms across Europe and worldwide.
Thanks to your OR experience, you understand the daily needs of medical staff and can translate them into practical improvements in our products, particularly the Incision Assist app. You will train hospital staff, ensure accurate data setup in the app and do the final check for our data entry team. By doing so, you will help medical teams work more efficiently, improve collaboration, and contribute to better patient outcomes.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Support the Customer Success Team in implementing and guiding the rollout of Incision’s solutions in hospitals and operating rooms.
  • Collaborate with customers (key users) to understand their workflows and translate them into practical technical solutions in our products.
  • Train and support the end users of the product.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy in the Incision Assist app, helping hospitals to maximize value from our technology.
  • Review delivered relevant medical content and protocols to create the maximum value for our customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and support Medical teams to enhance the app and solutions.
  • Travel internationally (within primary the Benelux) for training, support, and project delivery.
