ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for someone who is bright, bubbly and enthusiastic about customer service. You will be handling customer enquiries and represent the face of the shopping centre.
Initiative and a keen willingness to contribute what is required as a key part of our Centre Management Team is essential. Additionally, attention to detail and some administrative or computer skills will assist you in excelling in other facets of the role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your key responsibility as a Customer Information Attendant will be to ensure that our customers and retailers always receive prompt and accurate assistance. You will be the primary point of contact for external phone calls for shoppers, retailers and the general public, issue gift vouchers and undertake general administrative duties. You will maintain registers, process payments and assist the Centre Manager in the case of emergency.
