Job Description: Job Summary (Purpose): The Customer insight & analytics manager is responsible for enabling high-performing and data-driven commercial operations by leveraging market insights, performance analytics, omnichannel execution. This role ensures that commercial initiatives are efficiently executed and continuously improved, supporting sustainable business growth and superior customer engagement. Key Duties and Responsibilities 1. Commercial Performance & Market Analytics Analyze internal and external market data to assess business performance, identify gaps, and generate actionable insights Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance, NPP) to translate data into commercial actions Support strategic planning and resource deployment based on market dynamics and business trends Build and maintain performance dashboards to track KPIs across customer engagement, sales execution, and brand performance 2. Data analytics / NPP (New Product Planning) market research and data support Analyze prescription, sales, and competitive data to identify market trends, growth opportunities, and risks Perform market share analysis, forecasting, segmentation, and brand performance tracking Collaborate with commercial teams to develop hypotheses and deliver data-driven insights that address key business questions Provide insights into therapeutic area dynamics, competitor launches, generics entry, and pricing impact 3. Omnichannel Execution Support Ensure operational readiness of omnichannel initiatives by coordinating systems, process flows, and field force adoption Track and evaluate omnichannel campaign execution and suggest optimization actions based on data-driven insights 4. Commercial Systems & Data Infrastructure Act as business lead for relevant commercial systems (e.g., BI platforms) Ensure data quality, governance, and effective utilization of commercial tools Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement or enhance digital solutions aligned with business goals Train end-users and drive adoption of tools and processes to improve operational execution Location: Ferring Korea Ferring Pharmaceuticals a privately owned, research-driven, specialty biopharmaceutical group committed to building families and helping people live better lives.
