Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer insight projects from start to end – both qualitative and quantitative - for stakeholders across JYSK to bring customer insights for decision-making
  • Assess and apply most relevant methods to get valid and applicable insight in cooperation with stakeholders and in some cases external partners
  • Analyse and interpret customer data to actionable insights by use of both existing and new data sources including our new digital solutions (e.g. CDP)
  • Communicate actionable customer insights to stakeholders across JYSK
  • Set up and maintain ongoing reporting on main customer KPIs for top management and relevant stakeholders across the customer journey
  • Develop the customer insight function together with the rest of the tea
