Your work will directly influence strategies across customer experience, marketing, and operations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Leading customer research and insight projects, using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Developing and driving our Voice of the Customer (VoC) programme, ensuring every part of Stagecoach understands and acts on customer feedback.
  • Managing our ongoing customer KPIs and reporting, helping colleagues at every level interpret results with confidence.
  • Synthesising insights from multiple sources to tell compelling stories that inform business-critical decisions.
  • Supporting innovation workshops, customer immersion activities, and co-creation initiatives.Sharing the latest insights from external research bodies to keep Stagecoach ahead of industry trends.
