• Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm (1 hour lunch) (37.5 hours per week)

  The Role & Team

WHO YOU ARE:

• Experience in research insights fields (either agency-side, in-house, or from a related field)
• Confident designing surveys and know what makes a good question. Experience with survey platforms preferred
• Commercially focused with a track record of linking insight to marketing investment and business impact
• Extremely high attention to detail
• A curious mind and enjoy turning data into meaningful stories
• Ability to identify key insights within large amounts of information
• Able to critically evaluate data and information to consider and assess its accuracy
• A sincere interest in the motor or finance industries
• Comfortable presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels
• Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks or projects at once
• You have a strong ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into strategic and practical business guidance
• Proven stakeholder management with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with tools like SurveyMonkey, Toluna, Ballpark, Google Analytics, Typeform, and Trustpilot tools is a plus
