JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist in Dubai. The main duties in this role involve providing administrative support to the company director and team, managing communications, supporting customers via multiple channels, creating sales content, maintaining company websites, performing government-related tasks (such as visa processing and VAT registration), and coordinating with external service providers. Additionally, the role includes conducting research to assist the sales team and developing a knowledge base and FAQ to improve client service.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent;
  • proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular);
  • knowledge of business English language (C1). Knowledge of other languages would be a plus;
  • ability to articulate the company’s product portfolio;
  • demonstrable experience in sales support administration, or similar;
  • knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures;
  • excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
  • problem solving skills;
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Administrative support to the director of the company;
  • Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.);
  • Providing support to the new and existing customers by email, phone, WhatsApp, q&a forum, live chat and other channels;
  • Creating sales related content and actively search for new clients and partners;
  • Building the knowledge base and FAQ;
  • General administrative support of the team;
  • Monitoring all corporate websites;
  • Perform internet searches for information that could be useful to the sales team;
  • Processing of various government-related tasks, such as Land Department tasks, MOFA tasks, visa processing, labor contracts, work permits, company registration, and licensing, VAT registration etc;
  • Coordinating with external service providers, such as notaries, embassies, free zones, insurance companies, portals, typing centers and translation agencies, to facilitate the completion of necessary documents and procedures.
