The Customer Insights Team are responsible for the customer definition, providing customer analysis, reporting and insight, whilst promoting a data driven culture. Ensuring the business has the data to support their decision making.
Putting the customer at the heart of our decision making is a central pillar in the Aldi strategy and building this customer knowledge is an essential component to developing the long-term business success.
As a Customer Insight Analyst, you will use your experience to build and understand customer profiles using data-driven methodologies, champion the customer view, and providing valuable insights to boost our customers’ experiences with Aldi. The successful candidate with champion the identification of the customer and the value the understanding brings to the wider business
You’ll also be a fantastic communicator, ready to liaise with a range of people from internal teams to external Business Partners, and strike up positive relationships with your manager, who will rely on your knowledge and expertise to make well-informed business decisions.
You’ll need to keep calm under pressure and have excellent communication and organisational skills. In true Aldi style, you’ll have plenty of freedom to use your initiative and drive change.
This role requires a candidate who has experience working in a Customer Insight capacity, either directly for a large retailer or through agency. The ideal candidate will have experience producing customer personas and profiles by aggregating business data such as Adobe Analytics behaviour data and transactional data.
