You will do: Learn about Ericsson Base Station and Radio maintenance products for Remote (Milano FVs) and Indoor (IRUs, Dots and IC8855), and basebands (G3 and G4) Learn about NG-OLLS (Open RAN) and configuration with G4 Baseband and Cloud RAN (vDU) Support with case investigation and hands-on lab reproduction for issues occurred with Remote and indoor radios in customer networks Get familiar and execute Test Object List test cases for new Radios developed in Radio Product Canada (RPCA) Gather experience with Qualcomm UE SW and support PC installation in lab E Support with test cases automation by designing Moshell scripts for Node configuration (NG-OLLS), new features activation (e.g. Flexible IBW) Attend and prepare workshops, participation in knowledge transfer sessions Perform data analysis relating to Ericsson radios and the performance of our CIIG (Customer Issue & Investigation Group) team. Automate and use AI tools and agents frequently You will bring: Enthusiasm and willingness to work with CIIG team and learn about Ericsson radio products and how the customers use them in 5G deployments across the world Familiar with programming, scripting languages (Python, Java, bash) Strong organization and communication skills (in English) Familiarity working in a Linux-based environment. Familiarity with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI) Basic understanding of electronic circuits and their components (resistors, capacitors, inductors, amplifiers, diodes, etc). Basic understanding of computer networking Programming for automation and fluent with AI tools, AI agents and generative AI Basic Telecom and RF networking Eligibility requirements: 2.7+ GPA or equivalent , Uploading an unofficial copy of your transcript Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate on a full-time basis at a four-year college or university at the time of the co-op/internship Be available to work 40 hours per week What happens once you apply?
