BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities
  • Bring the ability to visualize and translate marketing campaign conceptual ideas into technical execution
  • Liaise with business units to take ownership of business outcomes, drive marketing performance and deliver compelling customer/prospect experiences
  • Own the workflows and SLAs for complex processes such as lead qualification, lead scoring, lead routing, lead assignment, drip campaigns and trigger-based workflows
  • Create comprehensive customer journey maps, identify touchpoints, and optimize interactions at each stage of the buying cycle, including IoT, CRM and offline customer journey data
  • Collaboration with the different internal teams to develop and implement AI solutions to improve and accelerate customer journeys including personalization and contextualization
  • Set up automated workflows, segmenting audiences, and deploying personalized campaigns across multiple outbound channels
  • Audit and restructure of the current outbound communication, incl. email layout redesign
  • Contribute to developing and refining digital marketing strategy by identifying areas of improvement and implementing projects independently and leveraging your skills and experience to determine ‘best practices’, along with managing & executing multiple technical projects within the automation system to deliver the marketing strategy
