ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Customer Journey & Messaging Specialist to help us connect better with our customers through smart email and WhatsApp journeys. You’ll use WebEngage to design and optimize customer flows, and Respond.io to manage WhatsApp templates and approvals with Meta.
If you have a knack for creating engaging customer communication, love working with automation tools, and enjoy turning data into actionable improvements, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build and manage customer journeys in WebEngage (email + WhatsApp).
  • Create and submit WhatsApp templates in Respond.io for Meta approval.
  • Review and improve content quality across emails and WhatsApp messages.
  • Run A/B tests to optimize performance and engagement.
  • Track and analyze results, and share insights to improve campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to keep communication consistent and impactful.
