We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Support Center team! As a vital part of our support structure, this team serves as the hub for the Field Operation team across seven states. This position is set in a call center environment where you will interact with technicians and customers via phone and a variety of computer systems. This is a fast-paced role with a high call volume that offers both challenges and rewards. This position also has sales incentive opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Serves as a point of contact between field technicians and customers Handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls Use multiple computer programs to input and track service requests Provide exceptional customer service and problem-resolution Offer solutions to customers – new products, new internet, new services, etc. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and effective solutions Other tasks as assigned Qualifications: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or sales roles Bilingual skills are a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment We’re excited to meet a motivated team player who shares our values and is ready to contribute to our mission.
