REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Journeys and Digital Marketing Business Partner to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Journey programs. You will take ownership of all digital marketing content, including managing campaigns, reporting on performance, and generating original content for various platforms, including LinkedIn, WordPress, and social media channels. Additionally, you will oversee NPS surveys, SEO strategies, and ensure the optimisation of digital channels and websites to drive customer engagement and company growth.
