CGI is Seeking an Customer KPI / Data Metrics and Competitive Intelligence Analyst for its IP solutions team. This position will require the candidate to lead three initiatives: Customer KPI / Data Metrics and Competitive Intelligence.
This is a hybrid role, requiring two to three days per week from any of the CGI office.

Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and design visuals for a variety of media, including infographics, proposal and demo themes, PowerPoint presentations, tri-fold brochures, leave-behinds, posters, banners, and other printed materials.
  • Work closely with teams such as sales, pre-sales, marketing, and delivery to quickly grasp project needs and deliver creative visual storytelling through design.
  • Utilize design tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce illustrations, logos, layouts, and other visual assets.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, including color schemes, typography, and overall visual style.
  • Revise and enhance designs based on feedback to ensure alignment with project objectives and audience expectations, while delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Gather, evaluate, and interpret customer KPIs across different accounts.
  • Simplify complex data into clear, concise, and compelling presentations for sales discussions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to craft narratives that connect customer goals with business value.
  • Manage dashboards and reporting tools to monitor customer performance metrics.
  • Contribute to strategic account planning by providing data-driven insights and visual storytelling assets.
  • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research on public sector ERP competitors, entities, partners, and market trends.
  • Develop reports, presentations, and actionable items based on collected data.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify key market trends.
  • Understand and align with overarching business goals.
  • Perform detailed research and regularly share insights.
  • Stay informed on market developments, product research, and industry best practices, and share updates regularly.
  • Review and analyze reports, FOIA documents, press releases, videos, conference notes, and meeting summaries to update or generate new intelligence.
  • Create or update competitor and partner analyses at least once annually.
  • Conduct competitor analysis on pricing models, product features, acquisitions, market buzz, positioning, and innovation.
  • Perform partner analysis on market trends, product capabilities, and competitive positioning.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis as needed, including market, competitor, partner, or client-specific insights.
  • Support strategic deals by evaluating clients in bid processes and analyzing the competitive landscape; collaborate with IPBPs and account teams to develop intelligence and assist with black hat research.
  • Present findings and actionable insights during internal meetings.
  • Share insights during two weekly meetings: the Solutions Engineering Team meeting and the Government Solutions Sales Team meeting.
  • Provide at least one intelligence update per week via Teams to the Government Solutions Sales Team channel.
  • Share relevant articles in the Teams channel as they are discovered, along with a bullet-point summary of key takeaways.
  • Update the Competitive Intelligence section on Ensemble weekly with new articles, press releases, competitive insights, and market findings.
  • Incorporate feedback from leadership, solution engineering, and IPBP teams.
  • Build strong working relationships across the solution engineering and IPBP teams to deliver content aligned with team and sales strategies.
  • Support IPBP and Solutions Engineering initiatives beyond core responsibilities, such as assisting with sales collateral, organizing content, and uploading materials into proposal management tools.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts outside of the core teams to identify opportunities for process improvement or efficiency.
  • Work with SMEs to extract key information from FOIA bids, including pricing, scope, summaries, and any unique details.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in design, market research, or sales enablement.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Visio) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience in building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and using data to tell compelling stories.
  • Strong ability to create visually engaging designs that effectively communicate key messages.
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong aptitude for interpreting and communicating complex data.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in KPI reporting and performance analysis.
  • Skilled in delivering clear and impactful presentations.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to strategic initiatives.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400.00 - $164,600.00.
