JOB DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity to join a growing team and an established property brand as a Customer Liaison Executive covering the South West region. We are seeking a self-motivated and ambitious individual with a good local knowledge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth of the business across the area and would be based in our regional office located in Plymouth, Devon, with the ongoing support of the southwest team.
The successful candidate will need to be proficient in administration using prescribed software including Microsoft Outlook and Excel. The role will predominantly be office based with some requirement for property visits or supporting at events when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience of working within an administration or sales support role in the property sector preferred but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full driving licence and a willingness to travel as required
  • Good knowledge of the areas
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and determined.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting and encouraging new buyers
  • Respond to enquiries via telephone and e-mail with the support of central admin.
  • Support the listing and disposal of property and land via the traditional and modern method of auction
  • Supporting our network of partner agents and introducers by providing telephone support and communication
  • Undertaking auction viewings when required
  • Assist with the development of a plan to increase income, market share and brand awareness.
  • Taking an active role in marketing and brand awareness with the support of the wider southwest team and in-house marketing team
  • Delivering excellent customer service to new and potential clients via telephone, e-mail, online and video communication
