QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a liaison role, especially in healthcare or community services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Proven experience in community outreach or liaison roles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with dental health and community healthcare practices is a plus.
Responsibilities

As a Liaison Officer specializing in Mobile Dental Van Services, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Community Outreach:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with local communities, schools, and organizations.
  • Implement outreach strategies to raise awareness about our mobile dental services.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the mobile dental van team and community partners.
  • Collaborate with schools, community centers, and local authorities to coordinate service schedules.
  • Appointment Scheduling:
  • Engage with school administrators to schedule convenient time slots for the mobile dental van visits.
  • Coordinate appointment details and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
  • Event Planning and Execution:
  • Organize and coordinate dental outreach events, ensuring seamless logistics and efficient service delivery.

  • Communication Management:
