  • A full UK driving license
  • Good level Of Education (GCSE Maths and English)
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work
  • Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public and in the social housing environment
  • Ability to manage your time and workload independently
Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients, customers, and tenants throughout planned works
  • Ensure properties are clean, safe, and signed off after work is completed
  • Conduct surveys and identify customer needs or vulnerabilities
  • Keep customers updated on project progress
  • Organise and attend resident and stakeholder meetings
  • Support project delivery and site compliance (if SSSTS qualified)
  • Maintain internal systems and records
  • Promote teamwork and continuous service improvement
  • Assist with training, development, and other duties as needed
