We hope you will join our fantastic Whiddon family in our Customer Liaison Team, based in Glenfield, on a 12-month fixed-term contract (full-time) working Monday to Friday between 6 AM and 6 PM.
As a Scheduling Officer, your role will include scheduling of Community Care clients, managing shared inboxes and phone calls, maintaining and adjusting the roster as required, data entry and record keeping, while working towards KPIs.
