Responsibilities

We are on the lookout for an experienced Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our vibrant team! In this pivotal role, you will drive subscription growth by managing the entire subscriber journey-from acquisition to retention and re-engagement. You will leverage our customer engagement technology to transform casual users into loyal subscribers through innovative growth campaigns and personalized, multi-channel communications.
