Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager – CLM & Growth to lead client lifecycle management and drive growth initiatives across multiple markets. This role combines strategic planning and hands-on execution, covering the entire client journey from acquisition to retention and reactivation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CRM, campaign management, data-driven marketing, and client engagement, with a proven track record of delivering measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement CLM strategies to optimize conversion, deposit, trading activity, and retention. Design end-to-end customer journeys (Welcome, KYC reminders, deposit triggers, trading education, reactivation campaigns). Collaborate with Sales, Product, BO, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure seamless client experience. Define CLM KPIs (conversion rate, deposit rate, retention rate, LTV) and conduct regular performance reviews. Lead A/B testing and continuous optimization of lifecycle campaigns. Plan and execute client engagement campaigns (deposit bonuses, trading vouchers, challenges, loyalty programs). Partner with Event & Sponsorship teams to integrate large-scale activations into client growth initiatives. Monitor campaign ROI, track performance metrics, and deliver insights for future improvements. Identify new growth opportunities across regions (SEA, China, Global) and tailor localized strategies. Oversee EDM, push notifications, SMS, and app communications as core CLM channels. Manage campaign automation workflows, segmentation, and message optimization. Ensure delivery, open, and click rates meet performance benchmarks. Work closely with the Data & Analytics team to build client segmentation models. Translate customer behavior insights into actionable marketing strategies. Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in CRM, CLM, or Growth Marketing (preferably in fintech, brokerage, or digital industries). Strong knowledge of HubSpot / Salesforce / CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. Proven ability to design and execute lifecycle campaigns with measurable impact. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools (Excel, Google Analytics, BI dashboards). Excellent communication and project management skills; able to lead cross-functional initiatives. Fluent in English; Chinese or other Asian languages is a strong advantage.
