Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the daily customer management process from order receipt to deduction resolution, collaborating with Distribution, Transportation, and Customer Development teams.
  • Identify and eliminate recurring process inefficiencies to increase order accuracy and product availability, contributing to OTIF-D (On-Time In-Full at Delivery) performance.
  • Utilize tools such as SAP, High Radius, Tableau, Power BI, and other Kenvue systems to uncover insights and drive operational improvements.
  • Foster strong customer relationships through proactive, timely, and solution-oriented communication.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Transportation, Distribution, Ecosystems, Supply Chain, and Customer Development to minimize non-compliance deductions and support cash flow objectives.
