Job Description: Misión: Optimizar la relación Comercial entre AHMSA y los clientes a fin de encontrar nuevas oportunidades de mercado para el posicionamiento de la marca en cuanto a la venta de Spares/R&O. Asimismo ofrecer diferentes opciones de servicio, brindar el soporte logístico necesario buscando cumplir con las expectativas y necesidades de los clientes. Responsabilidades: ● El Customer Logistics Manager (CLM) es el punto focal del Cliente para las actividades relacionadas con el Apoyo Material. Se encargará de : ○ Apoyar las operaciones logísticas del cliente gestionando las demandas de material ○ Proporcionar soluciones logísticas al cliente ○ Informar sobre el flujo logístico, ○ Supervisar el rendimiento logístico global (repuestos, MRO, xBH, garantía, AOG, recepción de pedidos, SCS y aplicación de las condiciones contractuales). ○ Aplicar la política comercial para realizar cotizaciones y dar apoyo a los CSM en los acuerdos contractuales ○ Dar seguimiento a las discrepancias logísticas El CLM se centra en la satisfacción de los clientes. Se encargará de : ○ Ser la voz del cliente dentro de AH para todas las actividades relacionadas a suministro de materiales. ○ Construir una relación de confianza con los clientes, ○ Gestionar las situaciones de crisis logística ante los clientes, ○ Llevar a cabo la revisión del rendimiento logístico. ○ Realizar la facturación a los clientes en tiempo y forma, así como colaborar para el seguimiento al overdue. ● El CLM interactúa activamente con otras funciones de AH, como Soporte y Servicios, Cadena de Suministro y Ventas y Marketing. Deberá : ○ Contribuir a la preparación de ofertas y/o a la firma de contratos ○ Gestionar y seguir de contrato de suministro y hacer el Risk Management de dicho contrato durante el proceso de entrega hasta cumplir completamente con el abastecimiento final ○ Participar en las rutinas de CEFO ○ Representar la voz del cliente para las necesidades logísticas (cadena de suministro, transporte, apoyo al programa) ○ Crear en el sistema ERP de la casa matriz (EC2) las órdenes de venta directa. ○ Atender los requerimientos de PBH de los clientes y dar seguimiento al performance. ○ Crear en el sistema ERP de AHMSA (SP2) las requisiciones de compra para aquellos materiales que no serán suministrados por la Casa Matriz. ○ Reportar cualquier discrepancia o desviación al responsable de Compras y/o Transporte y Aduanas. ○ Contribuir a cualquier iniciativa de impulso de las ventas de S&S. 2- Rutinas del CLM: ✔ Realizar acciones operativas (validación de pedidos, envío de presupuestos, firma de notas de crédito, etc.) ✔ Realizar las rutinas de seguimiento relacionadas al OTR5b (advance order). ✔ Responder a las solicitudes de los clientes (correo o teléfono). ✔ Respuesta a solicitudes internas. ✔ Resolución de AOG. ✔ Gestionar los litigios de entrada de MRO ✔ Gestionar las prioridades de los clientes (identificarlas para AH Supply Chain e informar del estado a los clientes) ✔ Supervisar las discrepancias logísticas ✔ Reunión de equipo ✔ Reunión CEFO ✔ Enviar los libros de pedidos al cliente ✔ Compartir la revisión del rendimiento logístico con el cliente ✔ Revisión de calidad con el cliente ✔ Proporcionar catálogos AH (Spare y EASY) ✔ Promoción de herramientas digitales para el cliente (incluido Marketplace) ✔ Recordar al cliente los estándares logísticos de AH ✔ Realizar previsiones en colaboración con el cliente ✔ Dar soporte al equipo CSM en las iniciativas para impulsar las ventas Requerimientos: Licenciatura Administración o Afín Inglés Avanzado Manejo tablas dinámicas y bases de datos Conocimiento de estrategias de negociación y atención a clientes Francés (Deseable) Habilidades: Sentido de urgencia Orientación al cliente Manejo de problemas y conflicto Facilidad de Palabra Proactividad Negociación En AIRBUS promovemos la igualdad laboral y la no discriminación. Mission To optimize the commercial relationship between AHMSA and its customers to identify new market opportunities for brand positioning regarding Spares/R&O sales. Additionally, to offer diverse service options and provide the necessary logistical support to meet and exceed customer expectations and needs. Responsibilities The Customer Logistics Manager (CLM) serves as the primary focal point for the Customer regarding all Material Support activities. Key responsibilities include: Supporting customer logistical operations by managing material demands. Providing logistical solutions to the customer. Reporting on logistical flows. Monitoring global logistical performance (spares, MRO, xBH, warranty, AOG, order intake, SCS, and enforcement of contractual terms). Applying commercial policy to generate quotes and supporting Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with contractual agreements. Following up on logistical discrepancies. The CLM focuses on customer satisfaction and is responsible for: Acting as the "Voice of the Customer" within AH for all material supply activities. Building relationships of trust with customers. Managing logistical crisis situations with customers. Conducting logistical performance reviews. Ensuring timely and accurate customer invoicing and collaborating on overdue payment follow-ups. The CLM actively interacts with other AH functions, such as Support & Services, Supply Chain, and Sales & Marketing. They shall: Contribute to the preparation of offers and/or the signing of contracts. Manage and monitor supply contracts, including Risk Management throughout the delivery process until final fulfillment. Participate in CEFO (Customer Engagement & Financial Outlook) routines. Represent the customer’s logistical needs (supply chain, transport, program support). Create direct sales orders in the Headquarters' ERP system (EC2). Address customer PBH (Power-By-the-Hour) requirements and monitor performance. Create purchase requisitions in the AHMSA ERP system (SP2) for materials not supplied by Headquarters. Report any discrepancies or deviations to the Purchasing and/or Transport & Customs managers. Contribute to any initiatives aimed at driving S&S (Support & Services) sales. 2. CLM Routines: Execute operational actions (order validation, sending quotes, signing credit notes, etc.). Perform follow-up routines related to OTR5b (advance orders). Respond to customer inquiries (email or phone). Respond to internal requests. Resolve AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations. Manage MRO inbound disputes/litigation. Manage customer priorities (identifying them for the AH Supply Chain and updating customers on status). Monitor logistical discrepancies. Attend team and CEFO meetings. Send order books to customers. Share logistical performance reviews with customers. Conduct quality reviews with customers. Provide AH catalogs (Spare and EASY). Promote digital tools to the customer (including the Marketplace). Remind customers of AH logistical standards. Perform forecasting in collaboration with the customer. Support the CSM team in sales-driving initiatives. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or a related field. Languages: Advanced English; French (Desirable). Technical Skills: Proficiency in pivot tables and database management. Knowledge: Expertise in negotiation strategies and customer service.
