SUMMARY

EuroPanels, the Etex export company, creates and develops new product-market solutions for Etex materials and
consolidates export to existing and new markets. We are working together with dedicated, sustainable and reliable
partners, who are locally successful. EPO can count on its 12 employees, including a sales back office in Belgium (KOB).
As a team of entrepreneurs, we want to be the single point of contact for the export business of Etex. Our turnover is about 9M EUR on the Etex Exterior produce range.
EuroPanels is currently looking for a Commercial and logistical services Officer

The main role is to manage the full order-to-delivery process for our customers in the assigned region, leading to

following tasks:

• Correct and efficient order processing resulting in a professional service level and satisfied customers.
• Managing possible problems and changes with the orders and coordinating on a continuous basis with the

customers and the plants.

• Follow-up of claims and registration and completion in the CRM system.
• Handling all logistic & export formalities: organizing transport (road, sea, air, train,…), managing packaging and

loading activities and subsequent follow-up.

• Generating export documents and custom formalities.
• Providing support to the sales team : preparation of quotations, price calculations, sending samples, handling

questions and advising customers.
