Description:

Your tasks

Responsible for the organization, coordination and control of all relevant workflows and processes in the context of order processing. First customer contact for all logistic related topics.

  • Manage the relationship with existing customers
  • Support the Regional Sales and KAM
  • Generate customer settings in SAP and Sales Force
  • Handling of order booking, lead times, deliveries and complaints
  • Daily communication with respective areas
  • Scheduling order confirmations and deliveries according to the orders
  • Compliance with relevant instructions and regulations.

Your profile

Qualifications

  • University degree in the field of Logistics, Economics or other related area
  • 1-3 year experience of customer service
  • Language knowledge: fluent communication skills in English and Hungarian
  • Open minded, team player attitude
  • Focus on deadlines
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
