Description
Review and acceptance of incoming contract documents from partner banks in VR-PrivateBanking in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and due diligence obligations, including the necessary internal coordination.
Managing customer relationships from account opening to settlement, as well as handling day-to-day business (top-ups, customer correspondence, contract adjustments) in VR Private Banking.
Initiation of the creation of customer master data and subsequent forwarding of orders to portfolio management.
Support and guidance for the private banking advisors of the Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken and the private banking managers regarding questions relating to asset management.
Continuous review of process flows, including implementation of optimization opportunities.
Taking on project tasks and responsibilities in the area
Execution of all assigned tasks in compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory and internal provisions.
Technical definition and conceptualization including feasibility study of process requirements as well as independent implementation of process and systemic adjustments
Close collaboration with the sales units, platform and process management, and portfolio management
What you bring
Successfully completed studies in economics, finance or comparable fields of study.
Experience in the financial industry is desirable.
Strong interest in banking processes
Good communication skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with internal clients.
Entrepreneurial thinking and strong sales orientation
High motivation and a systematic way of working
Technically skilled, resilient, team-oriented and willing to work independently and responsibly
They communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written.
